ITK Ventures is strategically funded by Tatış Holding, a family-owned, holding company active in education, FMCG, and tourism.

Our aim is to help small businesses and start-ups grow in education technology and learning by providing them capital, industry inside knowledge, experience and network.

We are the oldest private education company in Turkey with 70 years of experience. Izmir Ozel Turk Koleji (ITK), the leading institution of our group was established in 1950, and is a prominent member of the education world in Turkey. Our team is made up of Tatış Board members, top level executives of ITK and experienced investing professionals, who bring relevant know-how to support start-ups on their path to reaching their goals and success.
