We are the oldest private education company in Turkey with 76 years of experience. Izmir Ozel Turk Koleji (ITK), the leading institution of our group was established in 1950, and is a prominent member of the education world in Turkey. Our team is made up of Tatış Board members, top level executives of ITK and experienced investing professionals, who bring relevant know-how to support start-ups on their path to reaching their goals and success.

Founder

Thoughtful leader and management professional with +20 years of experience in education management and food production industries, Yiğit is currently positioned as Chairman of the Board at Seres Foods and CEO at İzmir Özel Türk Koleji. He has founded İTK Ventures in order to strengthen connections with entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Murat GÖKTEPE

CFO

With over 20 years of financial and management experience, Murat possesses a strong acumen for organizational structuring and strategic planning. Prior to joining as CFO, he has specialized in complex corporate finance transactions, debt re-structuring, and adapting corporate governance policies, particularly for public companies.

Çağdaş UZUN

Member of Investment Committee

Çağdaş is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in private banking, investment advisory, and wealth management. Prior to joining İTK Ventures as Committee Member, he tracked a career at several major Turkish banks and investment firms.

Ali ŞENOL

Financial Advisor

Ali is the advisor of İTK Ventures team, providing support for all financial-related matters. Has 30+ years of experience in various areas such as family businesses, accounting, taxation, company registration and corporate structures.

Cansel Mehmet Özermen

Education Technologies Coordinator

Cansel brings over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing transformative educational projects. He advises the investment committee on identifying and evaluating innovative educational models, with a clear focus on ensuring long-term societal value and growth.

Strategy & Business Development Manager

İlkin is a strategy professional who specializes in bridging the gap between corporate business development and the startup ecosystem. She manages the end-to-end investment process, from deal sourcing and due diligence to tracking portfolio performance.
